1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“The Company” refers to Bespoke Interiors Leeds LTD, the manufacturer and installer of the wardrobe, kitchen and/or media wall.

“The Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing the wardrobe and services.

“The Agreement” refers to the contract formed between the Company and the Customer based on these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit
To confirm and secure the estimated fitting timescales, the Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price upon placing the order. This deposit must be received in full before any production or scheduling is initiated.

2.2 Second Payment
A further 25% of the total quoted price is due no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled fitting date. If the second payment is not received within this time frame, the Company reserves the right to delay or cancel the fitting, and the initial deposit may be forfeited.

2.3 Final Payment
The remaining 25% balance of the total quoted price is due within 5 days upon completion of the work. If the final balance is not paid, the Company reserves the right to take legal action to recover the unpaid balance.

3. Estimated Fitting Timescale

3.1 The Company will provide an estimated fitting timescale based on the information available at the time of the order. This timescale is subject to change depending on production schedules, availability of materials, or unforeseen circumstances. The Company will notify the Customer of any changes to the estimated fitting date.

3.2 Any delays beyond the estimated fitting timescale caused by external factors, such as but not limited to supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or issues beyond the Company’s control, will not entitle the Customer to a refund of any deposit or payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by Customer
If the Customer wishes to cancel the order, the Company requires written notice within 14 days. If cancellation occurs after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

4.2 Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel or delay the order if payments are not made as outlined, or if unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent the Company from fulfilling the order. In such cases, the Customer will be notified, and any non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Company.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

5.1 The Company provides a warranty for its workmanship for a period of 20 years from the completion date. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or alteration by third parties. 

6. Liability

6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays in delivery or installation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6.2 The Company is not responsible for any damage to the property during installation, other than that caused directly by the Company’s negligence.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the room intended for the wardrobe, kitchen and/or media wall is fully clear and accessible at the time of installation.

7.2 Any issues with the Customer’s premises that prevent or delay installation may result in additional costs and delays, which will be billed to the Customer.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with the Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
