Last updated: 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between the Company ("we", "us", "our") and the Customer ("you", "your") for the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke kitchens, fitted wardrobes, and related products. By accepting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
  • Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional costs and delays.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are structured as follows:

  • 50% deposit payable upon acceptance of the quotation
  • 30% payment due upon completion of manufacturing (prior to delivery/installation)
  • 20% final balance due immediately upon completion of installation

We reserve the right to suspend or delay installation if payments are not made in accordance with these terms.

4. Design & Specifications

  • All designs, drawings, and specifications must be approved by the customer prior to manufacturing.
  • Once approved, any changes may incur additional costs and delays.
  • We are not responsible for errors once final approval has been given.

5. Survey & Measurements

  • A site survey will be carried out before manufacturing begins.
  • Customers must ensure accurate information is provided.
  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Manufacturing & Lead Times

  • Lead times are estimates and may vary.
  • We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

7. Installation

7.1 Site Readiness

  • The customer must ensure the installation area is fully prepared, clear, and accessible prior to the agreed installation date.
  • This includes completion of any building work, plastering, electrics, plumbing, flooring, or decorating unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • If the site is not ready, we reserve the right to delay installation or charge additional labour or rescheduling fees.

7.2 Access & Working Conditions

  • The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours.
  • We reserve the right to suspend work if working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
  • Additional costs may apply if access is restricted or delayed.

7.3 Delays Caused by Customer or Third Parties

We are not responsible for delays caused by other trades, late site preparation, or restricted access. Any additional time or return visits required will be chargeable.

7.4 Installation Variations

Due to the bespoke nature of the work and site conditions, minor adjustments may be required during installation. These will be carried out professionally and will not be considered defects.

7.5 Existing Structures & Hidden Issues

We are not responsible for issues arising from uneven walls, floors, or ceilings, or hidden pipes, wiring, or structural defects. Any additional work required due to such issues will be chargeable.

7.6 Damage & Making Good

  • While reasonable care is taken, minor cosmetic disturbance may occur (e.g. small marks to walls, ceilings, or floors).
  • Unless agreed otherwise, making good (e.g. repainting, plaster repairs) is not included.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

7.7 Completion & Sign-Off

  • Installation is considered complete when the work has been finished to a professional standard.
  • Minor outstanding items (snagging) do not justify withholding final payment.
  • Final payment (20%) is due upon completion of installation.

7.8 Storage & Delayed Installation

  • If installation is delayed by the customer after manufacturing is complete, the 30% stage payment remains due.
  • We reserve the right to charge storage fees.
  • Extended delays may incur additional costs.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear and safe access
  • Ensure the site is ready
  • Remove personal belongings
  • Coordinate with other trades where required

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 14 days (subject to statutory rights).
  • After this period, cancellation may result in loss of deposit and charges for work completed.

10. Warranty & Guarantees

Warranty covers workmanship and materials.

  • Excludes wear and tear, misuse, and third-party damage.

11. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Liability is limited to the total contract value.

12. Ownership of Goods

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

13. Complaints

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of installation completion.
  • We will address concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
